Either open the bridge 24 hours or make the warning signs more visible and add lights. If your intention is to make people not use the bridge put up signs more clear. I am sure most of the people who cross would not expect a no entry sign in a normal road, only locals might notice especially after getting fined like me. Unless your intention is to just fine people, please make the sign clear and intuitive.
